New deck in process....

Ever since we moved into this house, we've needed to redo the front and back porch, but never had the extra funds to do sooo. Justin's even reenforced them a couple times, fearing someone could get hurt on them if they leaned on it the wrong way.... Well, thanks to my grandfather, he made it possible for us to replace the front porch, which is really exciting for us to finally be able to replace it. Justin had this idea in his head of what he wanted, but had a hard time putting it on paper.  It ended up working out great though, as Tj was able to help him fix a problem.   And Tj, Jeremy, josh and Josiah were able to help him frame it in...... He couldn't have lifted it without them!

Christmas blessings

     We received a huge Christmas blessing from Justin's parents...and Daniel. They gave us the lumber to finish the far side of our fence.....And the stone to do our columns on our driveway, which they came and layed for us on Saturday! They look awesome, way nicer then I could have ever imagined! The kids really enjoyed watching PaPa and Uncle Daniel work, hopefully they weren't in the way to much! 

       That afternoon, Christian decided to walk right into the back of Daniels truck, which pretty much leveled him to the ground. He was such a good sport about it though, hardly cried at all.....And even though it was a head wound, it really didn't bleed much.

I was looking through my phone this morning and realized there was allot of pictures i hadnt put on the blog. they span over the last couple weeks, so i decided to just do a random post to catch up.....Christian trying out Caleb's bike at Aunt Becky's house.

Savannah loving on Jonathan.... He's gotten smart, whenever savannah starts (choking) loving on him, he does this scream thing which usually makes her stop messing with him.... Most of the time!

A couple months ago, I got these delivered to my door, from my beloved husband..... they were really good too!

Savannah loves wearing shoes, especially ones she can put on " all by herself". Here she is sporting her brothers boots, and loving it..... They actually looked really cute on her.

Rocket launch

Tuesday night, we all rode down to the edge of the field to watch the rocket launch......and finally it went off! It was a perfect view of it, and all the kids got to see it too!

 

Bath time fun....

The kids were getting a bath the other night and Jonathan was in there having a blast, while waiting for his bath.

Decorating the tree...

The children really enjoyed helping and watching set up the tree. As this is Jonathan's first Christmas, he was completely mesmerized by all the lights, ornaments and things he shouldn't touch! Thankfully, he seems to be a quick learner.....or at least I should say, not totally dumb. I will have to be more on guard, as its not only a no touching thing, but also dangerous.....We have real glass balls on our tree.

The kids really enjoyed Uncle Timothy's police car, getting to sit in it and even the lights! But were a little intimidated by the siren......Justin's grandpa came for thanksgiving, so they got some four generation pictures together!
