Yesterday Christian was riding this "horsey" and sat back just a little too far.... He fell backwards and hit his head on the little blue chair. Well of course it hurt but what was unusual was that his nose started bleeding! So up to the doctor we went, just to make sure he was ok, better to be safe then sorry.... Not exactly what I wanted to do Monday morning, but I'm thankful he was fine. Praise The Lord!

Brother and sister....
Christian was helping entertain Jonathan..... He was playing toys with him and singing to him, so cute! Savannah wanted to read to him.... She was trying to hold him, read to him and put his pacifier in his mouth all at the same time, scary I know!

The Weekend....
Justin's youngest sister graduated on Sunday, which is the last of his siblings.... So in a way, his mom has graduated as well!
We had his family over Sunday evening for dinner, a much overdue visit.... The children had so much fun, they love their Grammie, Pa Pa, Uncle Dowel (Daniel), Aunt Air- Kah (Erica) and Aunt Wee-ah (Leah) so much and love being around them! They brought Christian some birthday presents, which he enjoyed opening.

Layered jello....
14 boxes of jello, 7 different colors, 64oz of sour cream, 7 cups of boiling water and about 30 minutes between each layer make this delicious 14 layer jello!
(you should only do a max of 6 layers a day, for best results)
***Because this dish is 11x15 instead of the normal 9x13, I used 16 boxes of jello.... So it was a 16 layered jello!

Christian turns three!
Yesterday Christian turned three and boy was he excited!!! As soon as I got up in the morning he wanted me to sing to him..... poor child! All day he reminded us that it was his birthday and he kept talking about his presents, eating cake and blowing out his candles. Not sure which he was more excited about, but as soon as Daddy got home the party began! .....
He also got a little ride on tractor that his grandparents put aside for him at one of their recent yard sales, and all it needed was a battery. It's actually really neat how that all worked out, The Lord is so good..... Several months back I had talked to Justin about getting Christian a riding tractor for his birthday, well as the time drew near his day, we realized that financially we weren't going to be able to do it this year. Well about a month ago, Justin's parents were hosting a yard sale for LARC, we went over the night before the sale and while there they said that someone had donated this tractor and wanted to know if we were interested in it for Christian. Well hasn't God got a sense of humor, it was exactly the type of tractor I was wanting to get him and for a fraction of the price (a little more than the price of the battery)! So now he has a "New to him" tractor!!
We had been given a train set a couple years ago, but at the time Christian was a baby so we just put it away for later...... Felicity and him love it and haven't stopped playing with it since he opened it!
Birthday Dinner (Mac and Cheese and chicken nuggets!)
"Ice-keeme Cone"
