Birthday party

 Sunday we helped celebrate Caleb's 4th birthday at Aunt Becky's and Uncle Joe's house. 15 kids, six and under! Yes,  it was quite lively!!! The children had a great time, but especially loved the piñata... It was a lot fun to watch everyone "try" to hit it  and not hit someone else in the process! The boys were definitely better at it than the girls..... They all had so much fun though, even a daddy or too :-)

  And of course, we also enjoyed the fact that Grampy was able to be there as well. The children love him to death, they've really enjoyed getting to know him and spend time with him.

Ormond Beach

  Last Saturday we went to the beach with family and friends. The kids really enjoyed the water.... And sand!! Jonathan especially thought it tasted rather good :-) While felicity and Christian had a lot of fun "surfing" in the waves.

 These are watermelons that we grew in our garden. They didn't get very big at all, but were very sweet!!

Baby Shower

Last Saturday, Frances and I had a double baby shower.... The decoration were very cute and the cakes were adorable!! It was allot of fun having a double shower, you didn't feel like everyone was watching YoU. The shower was such a great blessing to us.

Legoland

Memorial Day weekend, we went to legoland with Justin's family! Course we picked the hottest day of the year to go, it was like 100 degrees out!! But, besides the heat, we had a nice time and the kids really enjoyed spending time with the family and being big enough to go on rides. Legoland is definitely, a once every couple years event, and it's geared towards young children as far as being able to go on rides and such..... Thank you Grammie and Papa for taking us there!

 

 

 

New project

I'm so excited about our new project that we've just started.....a diningroom table! My sister-in-law told me about this site where u can do "build it yourself" project for very reasonable prices! We've needed, and I've wanted a table that can seat more then just our family, so after going on the site I found the perfect table for us! And now I can't wait for it to be done, and us to be able to enjoy it..... You'll just have to keep checking to see the finished project :-)
