Seafood Festival

Saturday our family went to Cedar Key's seafood festival. It was our first time going and as we're not seafood people, it was ok, but probably won't make it a yearly event. The kids really enjoyed it though and especially liked the parade and seeing Justin's family. We enjoyed lunch together too! Thanks Grammie and Papa..... 

 

 

 

Full moon

The other night, Justin and I went for a moonlit walk. It was so beautiful, Justin got some pictures and we had some fun too!

Jonathan 9 month old!

The other day I took the kids out to our neighbors field and got some pictures of Jonathan. He was such a good boy, and very easy to work with....... Jonathan is our little sweetheart. He is so smart for his age, and very active. He already is walking along things and is always on the go. The other night I caught him opening and closing Savannah's potty chair, playing in it( guess I need to make sure that's always clean now)! He's also started to babble, which is just way to cute. We love this little man to death and can't imagine life without him.

Beach

Saturday we went to the beach for the last time this year, as the weather will be to cold to enjoy the water. It actually was a really beautiful day and we had a great time together. I also took some 9 month pictures of Jonathan too, and all the kids!

  This was Jonathan's first time to really enjoy the sand and enjoy it he did, I think he ate at least a pound of it (he seemed  much heavier when we left)! And he did not like the water, it wasn't warm enough for him... But Christian and Savannah did! we had to really watch that girl cause she's fearless,  but can't swim!

Peanut Festival

Last weekend we went to the peanut festival in our town. A lot of the farmers in our area grow peanuts in the summer. And the first time I had a boiled peanut,  was about 7 1/2 years ago! They're actually pretty good too! 

Randomness....

Earlier this week, all the kids enjoyed cooking together....notice Savannah's chair is an empty box! Sorry for the blurriness, I couldn't get them to stay still long enough for my camera phone to focus, but I didn't want to miss out on how cute they all looked...

Our farmers pig across the road from us, just had 11 piglets and one died, which savannah likes to remind us of, every time we see them ( multiple times in a row). I honestly don't know how they survive in their living conditions, a dirt hole baking in the sun all day and no shelter at all! They are kinda cute though...

   

Taking our SUV on a much needed drive around the block, Jonathan loved having the window open ( don't worry he's being held onto very tightly, mommy was a little worried about him too)......

 

This morning I met a friend at the park so our kids could enjoy some time together playing. They had fun and always love going to the park with others...... We took a little walk trying to get Jonathan to sleep for his morning nap, but with no success!

Date

Tuesday night, Justin and I actually got to go on a date. Well, we went grocery shopping and got to, for the first time since Jonathan was born, go without kids. It was definitely weird, but it's always nice to spend time with my beloved husband.
