Saturday we went grocery shopping and enjoyed lunch out at a steak house......yum, was it good! (Lunch was a treat from Justin's boss) We don't normally dine in somewhere with all the kids, so wasn't sure how they'd do.....but they actually did really well. Our goal when people see us and deal with us is for them to see a difference in our lives and to see that we are different from the world, and that our children are a blessing! We certainly don't want the waiter and people around us to be wishing us gone or saying "and that's why we're never having kids" or "they shouldn't be allowed to have kids". Before we went in the restaurant we told the children to make sure they were quiet and behaved because people were watching them and we were being a light for The Lord.... We actually got to positive comments and were able two leave a track when we left.
I enjoed catching up on here! Sounds like a fun Saturday! It blessed me so much to hear how y'all tell the children how they can be a good testimony through obedience...my parents have been telling us that as long as I can remember! =) It's amazing to think how the Lord can use y'all's lives along with the tract to bring others to Him. Keep up the great work! =)
